I am writing to you regarding a difficult situation I have been facing for the past two years in my fight for contact with my children. For the past year, I have had an arrangement for contact through Supervised Access Ireland, but their mother has been disregarding these arrangements, which makes it impossible to have any meaningful contact with my children. The most recent situation occurred when, after just half an hour of the meeting, the children asked to return home and refused to interact, not even to greet or say goodbye.

I firmly believe that the children’s mother has a negative influence on them, manipulating them and turning them against me, which is leading to further parental alienation. Despite my efforts to resolve this issue through the courts, I am witnessing a slow and prolonged judicial process that only exacerbates the situation. Judges, lawyers, and the entire judicial system seem to care more about their own interests than the well-being of the children. The lack of time to focus on family matters results in delays and indifference rather than actual assistance.

This situation is deeply painful for me as a father, who only wants a healthy relationship with my children. Instead of actions that prioritize the children’s welfare, I see how the financial aspect dominates the legal system, rather than real concern for their future.

I kindly request your intervention in this matter and support for changes in the system that will prioritize the children’s best interests and ensure fairer and faster resolutions in family cases.
